For starters, marinating will add flavor to your cooked meat and even non-cookers will know the difference between well-prepared meat and quick cook lamb meat.

The love of cooking

Well, for the love of cooking, we always see that our family or whoever will consume what we cook will be satisfied, and knowing that they are satisfied is pure joy to us cooks. I will show you some types of how to marinate lamb meat. First is the Herb Marinated Lamb. As you can see, it is called that way because it involves a lot of herbs. You can use dried rosemary, thyme, pepper, mint jelly, apple cider vinegar, and onion. Since these ingredients are affordable and available, worrying is the least that you can do.

Lemon Marinated Lamb chops

The next technique is the Lemon Marinated Lamb chops. In this type of marinade, you have to prepare your lamb meat or chops in a 12×8 inch utility dish. In it are the mixed oil, sherry, onion, vinegar, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic rosemary, Worcestershire sauce in just 2 cup measure (these ingredients, mixed together, should be heated 1 ½ minute on high temperature or until hot). I admit that this is my favorite type of marinating technique because the ingredients especially the lemon juice will surely give the cooked lamb meat a tasteful aroma. You can also try the Greek Lamb Marinade.

This type of marinade is good for any kind of lamb meat that you want to use. All you need is 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Mix them well together and marinade the meat 5-8 hours. You can get the full taste of the marinade meat by setting the meat in the freezer overnight.

Marinating meat

Marinating meat is like letting the flavors sink “into” the meat. It is a way of letting the meat absorb the ingredients through time. I have said earlier that it is best that you marinate the meat overnight because the longer the meat is marinated, the deeper the flavor goes. You can also involve your kids in doing the marinating. Also, teaching your child how to cook will be fun and exciting.
